Here at the Studio we’ve always held a special place in our hearts for those who dare to push their interiors with adventurous colours and bold art choices. It’s a great reminder to us all that nothing interesting comes without risk. So slap on the lime green wall paint and hang that abstract you’ve been thinking twice about. We didn’t know that ethereal figure cradling a little ball of light on our walls until now. This bold composition from our represented artist Isabelle Mulvany would work perfectly paired with a vivid wallpaper.
This beautiful corner in the home of Gavin Houghton is enough to make us jump in the car to go on a pilgrimage to search for the brightest green paint we can find. Adorned with lovely antiques and a striking Michaela Gall portrait, this eclectic interior draws us in with every detail.

With a piercing look and striking features, it’s hard to ignore this beauty by Welsh artist Ewart Johns. The artists’ sense of colour and pattern really bring this study off the page.
We expected nothing less from the house of Julie de Libran. The drama and elegance of this panelled bathroom is breathtaking. What a great decision to pair the red with charcoal portraits.
